Our Policy

At Worldwide Golf Shops all in-stock orders received Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours and all in-stock orders received Friday through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. We also offer expedited shipping to ensure you can receive the product you need in time; expedited shipping for pre-orders will shipped as soon as product is available, please make sure to check the product description for details. You will receive a notification e-mail from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES! We also proudly ship to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers! These packages will ship within 24 hours and will be shipped via USPS. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped.

For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer," please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Some items "Shipped From Manufacturer" may have an additional shipping fee.

In stock items may SHIP AHEAD, when backordered or pre-order items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select) the backordered and pre-order items will ship via UPS Ground when received. (Backordered items are shipped UPS Ground because the majority of the Next Day, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, Worldwide Golf Shops ships additional items via UPS Ground at Worldwide Golf Shops expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping unless otherwise stated. International orders will not be SHIPPED AHEAD.

UPS does not deliver on the weekends, unless you have requested a Saturday delivery. A Saturday delivery adds an additional cost to your shipping method, to check rates and to upgrade your shipping method please call 888-216-5252 for additional information.

If you purchase an item on a Friday and you request a Next Day Air delivery, the item will be delivered the following Monday, unless you request a Next Day Saturday Delivery as stated in the previous paragraph.

Shipping Notice & Restrictions

  • Pre-Order items will be shipped when available regardless of the shipping method selected, please check product description for details.
  • Custom Embroidered items must be placed with the Manufacturer and will follow the "Shipped From Manufacturer" policy and may take an additional 2-4 business days.
  • Due to manufacturer restrictions we cannot offer free shipping on ANY Ping product.
  • Hawaii, Alaska, and Countries outside the U.S. are excluded from receiving free or flat-rate shipping due to transit rates.

International Orders

International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Worldwide Golf Shops orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes May be added at the time of delivery.

Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS we must have a copy of the credit card statement with the name and address of the customer the order is being billed to on file. At Worldwide Golf Shops, our first concern is your 100% satisfaction. That's why we offer the best in-store and online return policy in the golf retail industry! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 90 days of purchase, and you will receive full credit towards the purchase of alternate equipment. You can buy your equipment with confidence.

*GET FREE RETURN SHIPPING on any NEW Golf Club or Golf Club Set you purchase online valued at $299.00 or more at WorldwideGolfShops.com. We want you to get the right equipment for your game, and if you're not 100% satisfied, WE WILL PAY the RETURN GROUND SHIPPING for you. Also, if the new replacement golf club or set you are choosing is valued at $299.00 or more, we will SHIP IT BACK TO YOU FOR FREE. We're taking the worry out of buying golf clubs online. Consider it a free mulligan on us. We allow two full returns for store credit during the 90 day guarantee period. A third return will incur a 30% restocking fee.

This policy applies only to new golf clubs and golf club sets purchased online at WorldwideGolfShops.com after March 1, 2012. Only one free shipped return may be applied per original purchase of new golf club or set. Golf clubs and golf club sets that do NOT qualify for free return shipping are; all PING products, special orders, used and demo clubs and personalized and custom golf clubs.

There are some "Limited Edition" products that may not be returned under any circumstances (look for disclaimer on the Product Description page). On all products EXCEPT new golf clubs and golf club sets valued at $299.00 or more, return shipping is the customer's responsibility and shipping fees are non-refundable. Policy does not apply to custom orders. Please follow these simple instructions to return your product:

  • Original store receipt (preferred)
  • Items returned without a receipt will receive fair trade-in value.
  • Additional exchanges may be subject to an adjusted store credit amount.

  • In-store purchases must be returned at store level, not through the internet division.
  • Go to the store where you purchased your item.
  • Present your receipt within 90 days and receive store credit for the full amount.
