Designed by Robert Trent Jones to toughen the course for the 1954 US Open. Accused of making the hole too difficult, Jones silenced critics shortly after completing his work. Playing in a foursome, with the club professional, the club president and the Chairman of the US Open Championship Committee, Jones teed up on the number 4 and knocked his ball into the hole. "I don't think it's hard at all." This magnificent print comes beautifully displayed in a rose wood finished frame, with measurements of approximately 30" x 24".
