Here is a snippet from the Caddytips from Rancho Canada - West Course:

    Hole 6
Dogleg left, uphill par 5 521/508 yds.

Tee shot: Favor the right half of the fairway for the best angle on your second shot. In addition to the grove of trees there area several bunkers right of the fairway. Shots hit left will be blocked out by a large pine tree (there is also a hidden pond left of this tree). Long hitters may be able to carry to the top of the hill, from the back tees a shot of 285 yds. should reach the upper level (275 white).

Second shot: To lay up aim center fairway and play a shot to end at a comfortable approach distance. There are three ponds running down the left side of the fairway, but they dont really come into play until you get within 100 yds. of the green. If you elect to go for the green in two the shot will play 1 club uphill from the bottom of the fairway and should favor the left.

Approach shot: This shot will play level. The hole is protected by water along the left as well as a tree short and bunker long. The green is 33 paces deep.

Green: Slopes slightly from back to front and left to right back towards the pond.
