Worldwide Golf Shops headquarters is located in Southern California and operates on Pacific Standard Time. Our hours of operations are listed below for your convenience. We have a voice mail system which we check regularly, so if you reach us during closed hours, please leave a detailed message and we will return your call promptly.

We ship all of our products via UPS and all orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will ship same day pending that the product is in stock and not backordered. We also offer expedited shipping to ensure you can receive the product you need in time.

You will receive a notification e-mail from UPS with your tracking number and estimated arrival time. All packages are sent insured so there is no concerns about broken products on arrival.

WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES! We also proudly ship to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers! These packages will ship within 24 hours and will be shipped via USPS. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped.

  • The FREE Shipping offer does not include Ping products.
  • Gift Card orders are excluded
  • Hawaii and Alaska are excluded from this offer

At Worldwide Golf Shops, our first concern is your 100% satisfaction. That’s why we offer the best return policy online! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return it to us within 90 days of purchase, and you will receive full in store credit towards the purchase of alternate equipment. You can buy your equipment with confidence.

There are some “Limited Edition” products that may not be returned under any circumstances (look for verbiage on the Product Description page). Return shipping is customer’s responsibility and shipping fees are non refundable. Policy does not apply to custom orders. Please follow these simple instructions to return your product:

  • Call our toll free number 888-216-5252 during business hours to speak to a customer representative. Ask for a return authorization number and the terms of your return will be discussed.
  • Pack up your product securely and send it to:

Our apologies go out to our California Customers. Since our business is located in this state, the state and federal governments require that we charge sales tax on orders shipped within California.

Sales tax will automatically be calculated and added to all orders shipped within California. All other non-California customers will not be charged sales tax on their purchases.

Occasionally, a product is damaged while in transit. But don’t worry, we insure all packages! It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. Please keep your original packaging slip as you will need it for your return. If there is obvious damage, please do the following:

  • Call the shipping company (UPS ) as soon as possible to submit a damage report.
  • If you do need to return the products, follow the returns instructions found at this link.
  • Our goal is your complete satisfaction. Should you need to return merchandise due to a damaged shipment, Worldwide Golf Shops will promptly replace your merchandise upon receipt of your return.
