In your own words, what sets your store apart from your local competitors?

Our store is all about experience and personal relationships. My staff alone has over 100 years in the golf industry, many of them with Edwin Watts. With loyalty to the company, loyalty to our customers has been created over the years that cannot be duplicated. Building relationships through exceptional customer service is what sets us far apart from our competitors.

What is your favorite local course and why? What is your favorite course ever played? What is your one top bucket list course still to play?

My favorite Atlanta course is Atlanta Country Club. It's a wonderful layout and always in beautiful condition. The service by their employees is the best I have ever experienced. My favorite course to play overall is Caledonia Golf and Fish Club in Pawleys Island, SC, and my bucket list course is Augusta National...just in case my customers read this!

How long have you been playing golf, and how long have you been in the golf business?

I've been playing golf for 44 years and been in the golf business for 29 years.

What is your most cherished golf memory, experience, moment, or win?

My most cherished golf memories are winning two individual Wisconsin State High School Championships and one team championship for the Edgewood Crusaders.

If you had one piece of advice for any golfer, what would it be?

Best advice given to me? Keep it simple, stupid!
