In your own words, what sets your store apart from your local competitors?

Roger Dunn Rancho Cucamonga sets itself apart from its competitors in many ways. We’re always friendly, and we have a knowledgeable staff that knows and plays golf (many places you shop, the employees turn over very frequently and don’t have the golf knowledge we do). We are customer service oriented to help our customers to the best of our abilities (many places you shop, this is not always understood, and at RD Rancho, it is the given). Finally, we are also the Home of the 90-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE, and we want you to be happy with your golf purchases!

What is your favorite local course and why? What is your favorite course ever played? What is your one top bucket list course still to play?

My favorite local course is Oak Quarry in Riverside, and my favorite course ever played is Pelican Hill Golf Club in Newport Beach. My bucket list course to play, one day in the future, would be Pebble Beach in Monterey.

How long have you been playing golf, and how long have you been in the golf business?

I’ve been playing golf 30 years now and have been in the golf industry for 29 years. Once I started playing, I decided this is the field I want to be in for a career, and have been ever since.

What is your most cherished golf memory, experience, moment, or win?

I have many cherished golf memories, and they all have something to do with special people at special events just enjoying the moment.

If you had one piece of advice for any golfer, what would it be?

My one piece of advice for any and all golfers is to seek help from your trained PGA Professional. Who better to learn from than someone that has been trained to teach you the game of golf. I’ve taken lessons 5 different times in my life during my 30 years of playing and have learned so much from all of them.

The Roger Dunn Golf Shops in Rancho Cucamonga, California, is located at 11849 Foothill Boulevard Suite D, west of Rochester Avenue and north of Sebastian Way. We are close to 24-Hour Fitness Sport and Denny’s. We have served Southern California golfers for over 50 years. Our store offers a full range of equipment, accessories, shoes, and apparel, and has major brand fitting carts on the premises. We are certified fitters for Titleist, Callaway, TaylorMade, Mizuno, Ping, and Cobra. Our store has a PGA professional on our full-time staff. We also offer Launch Monitor club-fitting technology, a putting green, club repair, and indoor hitting bays.
