In your own words, what sets your store apart from your local competitors?

The Golf Mart Del Mar is extremely unique in the fact that we are able to conduct custom club fittings outside on a driving range where you are able to work 1 on 1 with our certified fitters. I believe the tenure of our staff and long-lasting relationships formed on a daily basis allow everyone to feel at home. Not to mention our 90-day satisfaction guarantee which is second to none!

What is your favorite local course and why? What is your favorite course ever played? What is your one top bucket list course still to play?

My favorite local course is Torrey Pines - South. We are extremely lucky to have such a great municipal golf course in our backyard. Favorite course ever played has to be TPC Sawgrass.. that island green is no joke! There are so many wonderful courses that I would love to experience but Augusta National, as well as Pebble Beach, are at the top of my bucket list.

How long have you been playing golf, and how long have you been in the golf business?

I have been playing and working in the golf industry for just under 10 years.

What is your most cherished golf memory, experience, moment, or win?

My most cherished golf memory was being selected to play Torrey Pines the week of the Farmers Insurance Open in full tournament conditions which was a difficult as you can imagine.

If you had one piece of advice for any golfer, what would it be?

Enjoy the game and time spent out on the course with friends and or family, don't take it seriously, it is just a game!

We are close to the Coast to Crest Trail, the Del Mar Golf Center, and WAVE Volleyball Club. The Golf Mart stores have served golfers in Northern California and San Diego for over 30 years.
