In your own words, what sets your store apart from your local competitors?

With Uinta Golf being in business for over fifty years, we have established the trust of many Utah golfers and maintained great relationships. With a massive increase in new golfers the past couple years, it is important to us to earn and maintain the trust of these new golfers. What is your favorite local course and why? What is your favorite course ever played? What is your one top bucket list course still to play?

Mick Riley Golf Course has been my home course since I first started golfing. It is a little nine-hole municipal with lots of trees and tricky greens. I love the course because of the people I have met and maintained relationships with. My favorite course I have played is Victory Ranch in Kamas, UT. My two bucket list golf courses would have to be Pebble Beach and Augusta National.

How long have you been playing golf, and how long have you been in the golf business?

I first picked up a golf club at the age of eight, and have been playing golf ever since then. I got a job at a local golf course when I was sixteen and have been in the golf business since then, a total of 13 years!

What is your most cherished golf memory, experience, moment, or win?

My favorite golf memory is when I got a hole-in-one in a state amateur qualifier on my last hole of the round at Bonneville Golf Course. There were a couple groups backed up on the tee box so it was amazing to have an audience and high-fiving everybody that watched it.

If you had one piece of advice for any golfer, what would it be?

I received a great piece of advice from a local golf pro that I will pass along: "Treat the game well and the game will treat you well"
