Driver vs. Driver presented by Wilson Golf is back for its second rendition! 14 finalists battle it out with the hopes of ultimately becoming Wilson Golf’s next world-class driver in 2019. Driver vs. Driver 2 follows the trials and tribulations of aspiring golf equipment designers in an elimination-style television series where they will compete for the opportunity have their concepts transformed into prototypes, field tested, critiqued and refined. Ultimately, one driver concept will be left standing, with the designer winning $250,000 and the final driver hitting retail stores worldwide.

Out of the hundreds of concepts submitted through an open call application process, 14 finalists were selected. Throughout the series, we’ve seen some great drivers and some not so great drivers. Ultimately, there can only be one winner and now we’re down to the final two designers. Before we get to the final episode, let’s take a look back at episode 6 of Driver vs Driver 2. In episode 6, the three remaining designers headed to the American Century Championship in Lake Tahoe, where their concepts were tested by a host of celebrities. At the conclusion, we’re left with our final two designers and Jimmy Huynh and the Magnus 2.0 missed the cut. See episode 6 recap below:

In episode seven, the two finalists meet up with the judges at Wilson HQ in Chicago. After some last minute tweaks and another round of testing and feedback from the Wilson Staff Tour Pros, a winner is selected.
