Hank Haney: Hank Haney here with a tip on how you can get the most out of your Callaway Great Big Bertha Epic Driver. You’re on the 18th hole, it’s a big hole, you’ve got to drive the ball on the fairway. Here’s a simple tip that will help you.

Tee the ball a little lower. Typically what you want to do is tee the ball so that half of the ball is above the club. If you have to put the ball on the fairway, tee it a little bit lower. What that means is if you miss a little bit, it will be low on the club face and the ball will never curve as much when it’s low on the face as it will when it’s high on the face.

Just a little reduction in the tee height can mean more accuracy off the tee. If you’ve got to put the ball on the fairway, a little lower tee height.
