Marc Leishman came from three behind Sunday to win the 2017 Arnold Palmer Invitational at Bay Hill, his second career PGA TOUR title. Leishman trusted his Odyssey Versa #1W B/W/B to hold off fellow Callaway staffers Kevin Kisner and last week’s champion, Adam Hadwin.
The tables turned for Marc when he drained a 51 foot bomb on the Par-5 16th hole for an eagle. Leishman was then able to par the 17 and 18 holes to hold on for the win. Marc made 140 feet of putts for an impressive 4.2 strokes gained putting in the final round. It’s no question that Marc was rolling it well all week long.
Take a look at some of his numbers:
– 389 feet of putts made this week
– 8.226 Stroked Gained Putting this week
– 2 in Stroked Gained Putting for the year on Tour
– 4 (9 last week) in PGA TOUR scoring average (69.45)
