Nike’s newest line of clubs comes “right out of the Oven” (Nike’s nickname for their research and design facility in Fort Worth, Texas).
Designed to provide an overall higher launch angle, these Vapor Fly clubs are the culmination of years of studying golf athletes, such as Rory McIlroy, while exploring advanced materials and evolving manufacturing technologies at the same time.
What Nike learned is that by launching the ball higher while controlling spin, the ball will ultimately fly farther – which is exactly what these clubs do.
The Vapor Fly and Vapor Fly Pro Drivers give you more length and height off the tee with 30 percent less weight in the crown and a lower center of gravity. A redesigned covert cavity back and sole paired with a new compression channel distributes weight where you need it for outstanding forgiveness and control.
The finishing touch is a redesigned HyperFlight face that increases ball speed. This cutting-edge technology is also available in Nike’s Vapor Fly fairway woods, hybrids, and irons.
