Srixon launches new ZX Mk II clubs with advanced rebound and mainframe technology

A second generation of Srixon’s ZX has arrived. Called the ZX Mk II, the new lineup features three drivers, three iron sets, fairway and hybrid clubs, and utility irons to boot.

Driver offerings include the ZX7, the ZX5, and the ZX 5 LS Mk II, all of which boast a stronger Rebound Frame design with two flex zones in the face that snap back harmoniously to generate enhanced ball speed and distance. The ZX7 Mk II offers maximum workability off the tee, and the ZX5 Mk II features a larger footprint, a flattened shape, and a rear weight placed low and deep to help launch the ball high and straight. The ZX5 LS Mk II keeps the spin low for added distance.

The iron lineup includes the ZX7 Mk II model, designed for elite ball-strikers, as well as the ZX4 and ZX5 Mk II. The ZX7 Mk II incorporates Srixon’s all-new design characteristic, PureFrame, which enhances feel by reducing unwanted vibrations.

The other two iron models in the lineup possess a second generation of Srixon’s MainFrame technology, a variable thickness pattern of grooves, channels and cavities carefully milled into the backside of each club to maximize flex at impact.
