TaylorMade’s new Stealth utility irons practically shout game improvement
For golfers seeking to fill that gap between their favored fairway woods and favorite long irons, TaylorMade’s new Stealth UDI and the Stealth DHY are two distinct, versatile options that share a number of characteristics.
Both clubs benefit from a forged 4140 steel L-Face with inverted cone technology, all within a cast 450 stainless body for maximum feel and forgiveness. The Thru-Slot Speed Pocket helps to retain ball speed; utilizing the SpeedFoam Air technology that is 69 percent lighter than its previous incarnation further assists with feel.
The Stealth UDI driving iron appeals to the classic stylist, with its thinner topline, lower trajectory and more penetrating ball flight. The Stealth DHY – which stands for driving hybrid – has a longer blade length, wider sole, and lower CG so that it flies higher and lands softer. Each of the new TaylorMade Stealth products come in a variety of lofts and feature Aldila ASCENT Black shafts and Super Stroke S-Tech grips.
