On behalf of Worldwide Golf, a huge congratulations to Rickie Fowler for his first place victory at the Deutsche Bank Championship in Massachusetts, September 2015. Rickie’s skilled golf game and booming career continue to elicit a heightened sense of excitement among industry fanatics as he continues to push his way into the “Big Three”.

After signing with Cobra Puma in 2009, young Rickie immediately began to make waves in the world of golf. He became Rookie of the Year and made the U.S. Ryder Cup team in 2010. His fresh take on golf attire caught the attention of golf fans everywhere when he wore all orange in his final rounds. Later that year, Worldwide Golf was honored to host Rickie’s first appearance in our Santa Ana, Roger Dunn Golf Shops retail location. Not only was the store packed, but Rickie was excited to sign autographs and converse with his fans. Now only 26 years old, Fowler’s skill, go-getter attitude, and stylish attire continue to inspire thousands of young people to pick up the game of golf.

In 2013, Rickie just missed the cut at the Open Championship. Eager to win, Rickie knew that he needed to take a step back and reevaluate his game if he was going to come out on top. As a result, a new partnership with swing coach, Butch Harmon was born. After countless days on the range, Fowler was able to analyze and implement changes in his swing, allowing him to finish top five in all four majors in 2014. Further, Rickie won the 2015 Players Championship at Sawgrass before completing his most recent victory at the Deutsche Bank Championship.
