Irons, Woods Built for Speed

Quickly becoming known as the premium performance brand for golfers with moderate swing speeds, XXIO clubs are not designed with tour players in mind, according to XXIO Marketing CommunicationsManager Eli Miller.

“These clubs are engineered specifically for golfers with moderate swing speeds,” Miller said. “We are one of the few companies that fully integrates its engineering and design from grip to club head. XXIO clubs are unique in that all components are designed to work together to produce maximum club head speed and ultimately longer, higher-launching shots for golfers with moderate swing speeds. We call it Dual Speed Technology.

”Two new iron models are now available: Prime and Forged.

“These clubs are vastly different from one another,” Miller said.“XXIO Prime is for golfers who are looking to gain back some of the swing speed they may have lost over the years. These irons are 20-25 percent lighter than most, which results in more swing speed, ball speed and distance for players with swing speeds of 79 mph or less.”

Miller explained the XXIO Forged irons are for better players with moderate swing speeds who prefer a forged feel, but are also looking for more distance. Also recently unveiled is theXXIO Prime driver.

“This club is all about speed and performance,” Miller said. “The shaft is only 36 grams and the grip is 23 grams. This is light even for XXIO. Factor this into our DualSpeed Technology and the soft-to-moderate swing speed golfers can see distances they haven’t seen in years.”
