Can you explain how the process works?

Simply input the clubs you want to obtain the value for on our club value portal above. Please make sure you fill out the required shipping address info accurately. Your personal email that you provide will be the email that is used to send your gift card payment via our gift card provider, Cashstar. Once you submit your trade-in, you will have access to your packing list and shipping label, which will require you to print out and add to your shipment. Additional details are displayed on this page.

How long does the refund take?

From the time of shipment to receipt, you can expect our team to process your trade-in within 3-5 business days. Your gift card will be emailed to you within 24 hours of reconciliation by our eGift card provider, Cashstar. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam folder for a message from Cashstar.

Please note: Lead times may vary slightly due to seasonal trade-in volume.

What form of payment is my refund?

Your refund will be in the form of a Worldwide Golf gift card which is redeemable online and in-store. Your gift card will be emailed to you within 24 hours of reconciliation by our e-gift card provider, Cashstar. If you cannot locate the email, please check your spam folder for a message from Cashstar.

Do I need to ship the product out myself?

Yes. You will be provided a packing list and shipping label, which will require you to print out and add to your shipment. Please drop off your box at any FedEx office or Walgreens locations. If you don’t have shipping materials, you can acquire them at your local FedEx store. Properly secure your items to avoid damage.

What happens if you feel that my clubs were not described accurately?

Worldwide Golf reserves the right to adjust pricing without notice based on inaccurate condition ratings that are submitted on our website. This is not a common occurrence but at times there are rather large discrepancies.

Are there any shipping and handling fees?

Absolutely zero shipping or handling fees.

Do you accept brand-new clubs?

Yes. For your club to be considered new, all accessories (head covers, wrenches, etc.) that came with the shrink-wrapped club originally will need to be included or the club will be placed in the Good category. Also, it can not show any wear from being hit in a store, on a simulator, or outside on the range or course. If the club appears to be a 'demo' it will be placed in the 'good' category.

Can I trade in any other golf items outside of clubs?

Yes. We also accept golf technology items like rangefinders and GPS watches.

Do your brick-and-mortar stores take trade-ins as well?

Yes. All of our store locations take trade-ins. All of our stores use the same trade-in values that are represented in the form above. Please click HERE to find your nearest store location.
