Yes, you will need your PIN number that is located near the 16 digit number to complete your transaction.

Worldwide Golf Shops gift cards work the same as cash; you select the dollar amount you wish to send to a recipient and with that gift card, they can purchase any of their golfing needs.
How are eGift Cards different from plastic gift cards?
eGift cards are electronic gift cards that are sent via Email to any recipient with a valid email address.
Are there any fees associated with eGift Cards?
No, we do not charge a processing fee at checkout.
Can I purchase an eGift Card and other Worldwide Golf Shops merchandise in the same transaction?
No. Our eGift cards are managed through a third party partner, Cashstar. You would need to visit https://www.worldwidegolfshops.com/ and make a separate transaction if you have multiple items that you need to purchase
Can I let someone else use my gift card?
Yes, a proof of ID is not required while redeeming a gift card, though an ID may be required if the tender amount is over the gift card balance and you pay the difference with a credit card.
Can I buy an eGift Card for myself?
Yes, you will need to enter your email address in the 'recipient email' and your name to complete the transaction.
When is the eGift Card sent to the recipient?
You can select the day you wish the recipient to receive their eGift card. Simply provide the delivery date on the checkout page and complete your transaction.

There is no expiration date on your eGift Card.

How do I know the recipient actually received the eGift Card I sent them?
An email confirmation will be generated and sent to you confirming the recipient has viewed the eGift card. If you have not received that confirmation, please contact Cashstar Customer Support at 1-866-903-9161 to confirm the email address on file.
What if I lose my eGift Card?
If you lose your eGift card, contact Cashstar Customer Support immediately at 1-855-741-1209
How will my refund be processed if I paid with a gift card?
If your order was placed using a Worldwide Golf Shops gift card, you will be refunded back to that original gift card. Please keep your gift card after use or until you are 100% satisfied with the products on your order.
If your order was placed using a Go Play Golf gift card, you will be refunded in the form of a Worldwide Golf Shops e-gift card and that will come via email from Cashstar and can be used both online and in our retail store locations.
