    We ship orders via FedEx. Most orders for in-stock merchandise placed Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM CST will ship the same day. We also offer expedited shipping, and pending no order processing delays, orders will ship same day if placed before 12:00 PM CST or next day if placed after 12:00 PM CST. Please check expedited shipping options during checkout. You will receive a confirmation email with shipping tracking information. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped.

    There are some Limited Edition products that may not be returned under any circumstances (look for verbiage on the Product Description page). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility and shipping fees are non-refundable. the 90-Day policy does not apply to custom orders.   • Damaged Shipments

    Occasionally, a product is damaged while in transit. But don't worry, we insure all packages! It is a good idea to check your packages for any signs of shipping damage before opening and note any damage. Please keep your original packaging slip as you will need it for your return. If there is obvious damage, please do the following:

  • How do I place an online order?

    Shopping and ordering online is a breeze on our online golf store. Just add the items you would like to purchase to your shopping cart. Checkout by filling in the billing and shipping information, then place your order by completing checkout. You will receive a confimation email shortly after completing the checkout process. That’s all there is to it.

    New Customers — If you haven't completed an online transaction with us, it's quick and easy to create an account. Begin by clicking on "Login/Sign Up" at the top of each page and follow the link for "Create Account". This will take you to the 'New Account' page where you'll be prompted to enter some relevant information to create your Worldwide Golf Shops account. Once completed, our website will recognize your registered email address. For future transactions, all you'll have to do is enter your registered password.

    Returning Customers — If you are an established Worldwide Golf Company customer who has made an online purchase in the past, all you will need to sign in is your email address and password.   • What is an e-Gift Card?

    The e-Gift Card is an ultra-fast gift card solution. Simply purchase them online with a credit card and within 24 hours the e-Gift Card will arrive to your designated recipient via email. The e-Gift Card can be redeemed online or at any of our stores.

  • What shipping charges apply to Gift Cards?

    Worldwide Golf Shops e-Gift Cards are emailed to your recipient at no additional shipping or processing cost. Physical gift cards are shipped for free via FedEx standard ground shipping. Expedited shipping is available with an additional charge.

  • Where can I redeem my Gift Card or e-Gift Card?

    Gift cards and e-Gift cards can be used with any online order at www.worldwidegolfshops.com and at any Worldwide Golf Enterprise retail store. You may redeem a gift card for merchandise or in-store services, online, via the phone or at any of our store locations. Except where prohibited by law, the card becomes void after two years and is not redeemable for cash. Worldwide Golf Enterprises will not replace your card if it is lost or stolen.   • Can I use a Gift Card or e-Gift Card as a partial payment for any Worldwide Golf Shops purchase?

    Yes, gift cards and e-Gift cards can be used with any online order and at any Worldwide Golf Shops stores. Upon checkout, once you reach the Payment Information page simply enter your gift card or e-Gift card number and your credit card number to pay your purchase in full.

    How will my refund be processed if I paid with a gift card?

    If your order was placed using a Worldwide Golf Shops gift card, you will be refunded back to that original gift card. Please keep your gift card after use or until you are 100% satisfied with the products on your order.

    If your order was placed using a Go Play Golf gift card, you will be refunded in the form of a Worldwide Golf Shops e-gift card and that will come via email from Cashstar and can be used both online and in our retail store locations.

    What is the difference between logo and personalization?

    For golf balls, personalization is a standard block font imprinted on the ball in all uppercase letters. Color choices vary slightly by manufacturer but the main four imprint color choices available are black, blue, red and green. Character limitations may also vary slightly by manufacturer. A logo is artwork, a design or a specialized font requiring the submission of an electronic artwork image or file for the manufacturer to reproduce. Orders for golf ball personalization can be made directly on the product page by filling in the provided fields. For logo golf balls, please contact a customer service rep at support@worldwidegolfshops.com or 1-888-216-5252 for pricing enquiries, general questions and to place an order.

  • What type of information can I have imprinted on a golf ball?

    Any text that is not profane, derogatory or obscene is acceptable as long as it fits within the manufacturer's character limitations. The manufacturer reserves the right to refuse to print any requested text. Common personalization orders feature a person's name, special event, company name, witty phrase or special sentiment.

  • What are the character limitations?

    Limitations vary by vendor, but generally follow 17 characters (including spaces and punctuation) printed on a maximum of three lines each. Please check the product detail page online or our catalog for specific manufacturer requirements.

  • Is there a minimum quantity to order for personalized or logo golf balls?

    For logo golf balls, there is a minimum order quantity of 12 dozen. Minimum orders for personalized balls vary by manufacturer. Check the product detail page or our catalog for specific manufacturer specifications.

  • How long does it take to get personalized or logo golf balls?

    Lead-times vary by manufacturer. Please check the product detail page online for an approximate delivery schedule. In general, personalized golf balls take approximately 1 week in production and up to 1 week for delivery by FedEx ground service. Logo balls take approximately 2 weeks in production (once artwork is received and approved) and up to 1 week for delivery by FedEx ground service.

  • Can I get my personalized order any faster?

    All manufacturers offer some type of express service. The additional cost varies by manufacturer. Please contact one of our sales representatives at support@worldwidegolfshops.com or 1-888-216-5252 for specific information on the item you're interested in.

  • What types of files are acceptable for logo artwork?

    The preferred format for logo artwork is EPS, PDF or TIF formats with a minimum 300 dpi resolution. JPEG files are acceptable but may require retouching. A minimum $25 fee is charged for any logo that requires touch-up or editing.

  • Can I return personalized items for credit or exchange?

    Personalized items cannot be returned for credit or exchange. Please see our Return Policy in our catalog or online for complete details.

  • Shipping & Delivery

    Why has my order been delayed?

    Shipping delays may occur during busy holidays or in the spring, the beginning of golf season. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute and expedited orders placed during these times. In general, online orders ship within 24 hours upon submittal. Most orders are shipped same day if ordered by 12: 00 p.m. CST. Expedited shipping options are available. Orders must be placed by 12: 00 p.m. CST Monday-Friday in order to be eligible for that day's Standard Overnight and 2Day shipments. If you are specifying expedited shipping requests over the weekend, please note that an order placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday. Also expect a longer delivery for personalized orders as they take longer to manufacture.

  • Where is my order being shipped from?

    The majority of orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center in the Midwest. Please keep that in mind when you decide your delivery method. There are items on the site that we drop-ship from the manufacturer. These items are purchased on our online shop and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. These products have a slightly longer lead time than in-stock items. Please allow 5-6 additional days for processing before shipment. The shipping window for items sent from a manufacturer will be displayed on the product page next to the 'add to cart' button. Also, on occasion, we ship items or entire orders from our retail store locations. Shipments from our retail stores cannot be expedited and may add a day or two to the delivery time.

  • Is a shipment to Guam and Puerto Rico considered an international order?

    Yes. Orders shipping to Guam and Puerto Rico are considered inernational orders and are therefore charged international economy order rates.
