At Worldwide Golf we like to offer our customers the best, both in price and shipping offers. That’s why, unless otherwise advertised, orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING*. Orders under $99 receive $8.99 Flat Rate shipping. Free Shipping and Flat Rate orders are shipped via FedEx Economy and will arrive within 1-7 days of being shipped. Due to transit rates, free shipping discounts are limited to the Continental United States and may include some manufacturer and size/weight exclusions. Select sale and clearance items may be excluded from free shipping promotions. There are some instances when another promotion applied to your cart may interact with an advertised free shipping promotion.
* Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territories are excluded from receiving free or $8.99 flat-rate ground/economy shipping due to transit rates and lengthy delivery times. Countries outside the U.S. are excluded from free shipping. For AK and HI, we offer 2 day shipping for $39.99 and next day shipping for $49.99. All other processing and same day shipping cut off times apply to these orders.
At Worldwide Golf, in-stock orders received Monday through Friday before 1:00 PM Central Time will be shipped the same day. Items will not be shipped out on weekends or federal holidays. Please note: weekends and federal holidays do not count as transit days. We offer expedited shipping services to ensure you receive the product in the time you need (excluding international orders). Once the package has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your FedEx Tracking information and estimated arrival time.
Due to the irregular size of some items, certain products cannot be shipped together in one package and require an order to be shipped in multiple packages. If your order requires multiple packages, you will receive an email from support@worldwidegolfshops.com with your additional tracking number(s). We strive to ship all items together as often as possible, but certain items are unable to be shipped in the same packaging.
For personalized, special order, and drop ship products, there will be additional processing and handling time as these products ship directly from the manufacturer. Products that are shipping directly from the manufacturer will include an estimate at checkout beyond our standard delivery windows. The shipping time for the method selected will start once the order ships from the manufacturer. We strive to be as accurate as possible with these estimates but occasionally the vendors have unforeseen delays.
Some items are available for sale before their initial launch date. Orders for these items will include an estimated delivery date which includes the shipping method chosen and added to the product’s official launch date. Any in-stock products ordered alongside a pre-sale product will ship out at once. When the pre-sale product ships, you will receive notification and tracking information.
FedEx does not deliver on the weekends and Saturdays and Sundays do not count as transit days.
We offer FedEx 3 Day Express Saver, FedEx 2 Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight shipping services to ensure you receive your order in the time you need. Expedited shipping is available for all Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska orders, but not for International orders. As long as there are no order processing delays, orders will ship the same business day if received before 1:00 PM Central Time, or next business day if received after 1:00 PM Central Time. If you purchase an item on a Friday before 1 PM Central Time and you request Overnight delivery, the item will be delivered the following Monday. Expedited orders for Pre-Order items will ship as soon as they are available. Please refer to the estimated arrival date at checkout and on your original order confirmation.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes. If you do enter a PO Box at checkout, your order will either be rerouted back to us at FedEx’s discretion or delivered via USPS.
We are currently unable to process orders to APO addresses through our automated system. Your order can be shipped to physical US addresses with no problems. If you’d like to place an order to ship to an APO/FPO/DPO address, please contact us at support@worldwidegolfshops.com and we can assist you with placing an order. Please note: When using an APO/FPO/DPO address at checkout without contacting us in advance, shipping times can be up to 45 business days. If you do not receive your order after 45 business days please contact us.
Titleist, FootJoy, Adidas, large lithium batteries, aerosol sprays and CBD products are restricted from being shipped Internationally.
International orders, including Canada and Mexico, are shipped using FedEx International Economy at a flat rate of $100 and arrive within 7-10 business days for in stock items. International orders are excluded from Free Shipping. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties, taxes, and fees at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. Worldwide Golf Shops orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
