That’s why, unless otherwise advertised, Orders over $99 receive FREE SHIPPING* with orders under $99 receiving $8.99 Flat Rate shipping. Free Shipping and Flat Rate orders are shipped via FedEx Economy and will arrive within 1-7 days of being shipped. Due to transit rates, free shipping discounts are limited to Continental United States residential locations and may include some manufacturer and size/weight exclusions. Select sale and clearance items may be excluded from free shipping promotions. There are some instances when another promotion applied to your cart may interact with an advertised free shipping promotion.
At Worldwide Golf Shops most in-stock orders received Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Central Standard Time will be shipped same day. Items will not be shipped out on weekends or federal holidays. We offer expedited shipping services to ensure you receive the product in the time you need (excluding international orders). Expedited shipping for pre-order items will be shipped as soon as product is available. Once the package has been shipped you will receive an email from us with your FedEx Tracking information and estimated arrival time. WE DO NOT CHARGE ANY HANDLING FEES! Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped.
Orders $500 & up, a signature may be required upon delivery.
For items that are "Shipped From Manufacturer", please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer you will receive an email from us with an estimated arrival range. Please note that the transit information in the table above begins when the item is shipped from the manufacturer. Custom embroidered or imprinted items may take an additional 2-4 weeks. In stock items may SHIP AHEAD when backordered or pre-order items are also included in an order. If an order is SHIPPED AHEAD and the shipping method is by air, (Standard Overnight, 2Day Air) the backordered or pre-order items will ship FedEx Economy when received. (Backordered items are shipped FedEx Ground because the majority of the Standard Overnight and 2Day Air charges are attached to the first item/weight to be shipped. Most of the time additional items are only an incremental part of the entire shipping charge. To keep from having to charge the customer an additional charge, Worldwide Golf Shops ship additional items via FedEx Ground at Worldwide Golf Shops' expense). You will not be billed for any additional shipping unless otherwise stated. International orders will NOT BE SHIPPED AHEAD.
FedEx does not deliver on the weekends.
We offer FedEx Standard Overnight and 2Day expedited shipping services to ensure you receive your order in the time you need. Expedited shipping is available for all Continental U.S., Hawaii, Alaska and U.S. Territory orders, but not for International orders. As long as there are no order processing delays, orders will ship same day if received before 12:00 PM CST, or next day if received after 12:00 PM CST. If you purchase an item on a Friday and you request Overnight delivery, the item will be delivered the following Monday. Expedited orders for Pre-Order items will ship as soon as they are available. Many orders ship in multiple cartons and may arrive days apart, so check your packing slip before calling to report a shortage. All claims for shortages must be made with customer service at 1-888-216-5252 or email@example.com within 10 days of the invoice date.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but FedEx is unable to ship to PO Boxes.
We support our troops but are currently unable to ship to APO addresses. Your order can be shipped to physical US addresses with no problems.
