90 Day Return & Exchange Policy

Our products are guaranteed to give you 100% satisfaction in every way for 90 days from the date of purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with one of our products, return it to us within 90 days and you will receive a full store credit. Returns of unused or unworn products with their original tags and packaging are eligible for a full merchandise refund back to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed after it has been delivered to our facility.

Returns must be completed within 90 days of your receipt of the merchandise. For standard returns, original shipping charges are non-refundable and will not be credited back to you. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Please include a copy of your original receipt and note the reason for your return and enclose the slip in the original shipping carton. Some select products, due to customization, personalization, limited availability, extreme values and/or number of returns are excluded from receiving a refund or full store credit. (Note:all excluded products will be noted in the product listing)

Defective Products/Warranty Claims

To return defective products, please email support@worldwidegolfshops.com to get in contact with a customer representative and include pictures and description of the issue to expedite the process. If your product is received damaged or defective, we will replace the item and provide a prepaid return shipping label to return the damaged item. For manufacturer defects after the product has been received and used, we will contact the manufacturer to determine how to proceed under their warranty terms. (Note:replacement or repair process can take up to 4 weeks)
