Unused or unworn products with original tags and packaging qualify for a full merchandise refund to the original payment method. Returns are accepted only for items purchased from worldwidegolfshops.com. Original shipping charges are non refundable. For items purchased in-store see details below.

In-store purchases must be returned at store level, not through the Internet division, and can be returned at any of our retail locations across the country. For returning online purchases in-store, your original invoice was sent via email and is required for in-store returns.
worldwidegolfshops.com orders paid by PayPal cannot be refunded to the PayPal account when returned in-store. Those returns will only be refunded as a store credit.
If you are returning preowned items (will contain the phrase "pre owned" in the product title), they are also covered under our 90-day return and exchange policy. However, please note that for these returns, we will only issue a Worldwide Golf gift card, which can be used for future purchases online and in-store. Unlike new products, there are no cash refunds for preowned products.
If your order was placed using a Worldwide Golf Shops gift card, you will be refunded back to that original gift card. For Go Play Golf gift cards, refunds will be issued via a Worldwide Golf Shops e -gift card sent via email from Cashstar.
Certain products are excluded from refunds or full store credits due to customization, personalization, limited availability, extreme values, and/or number of returns. Excluded products will be noted in the product listing.
For defective products, email support@worldwidegolfshops.com with pictures and a description. Damaged or defective items received will be replaced with a prepaid return label provided.
We offer the lowest prices online and will match competitor prices for in-stock items from authorized dealers. Price matches are based on advertised prices and do not apply to coupons or site promotions.
