PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. — Daniel Berger holed a 30-foot putt on the par-5 18th for a 7-under 65 and a two-shot victory Sunday in the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am.
He won for the second time since the PGA TOUR returned last June starting with a win at Colonial.
Berger launched a fairway metal into the middle of 18th, 30 feet from the hole. He only needed two putts to win, but instead buried the putt for an eagle 3.
“That was the best putt I’ve ever hit in my life,” Berger said.
He finished at 18-under 270, capturing his fourth career PGA TOUR victory.
