Definitely needs improvements in design and durability

Purchased product a few months prior. Overall, a decent product for my electric cart purchase. But, and there are a few issues, the battery does not last 36 holes, magnetic attachments are weak/poor quality, opening and closing cart is not easy, parts such as the phone and umbrella holders are weak and break easily or screws wear down way too quick on the threads and lastly the front wheel difficult to lock in. On a positive note the battery power is strong and traction from the wheels is good in mud, sand or whatever else you get into on the course. Hopefully improvements are on the horizon. I would consider a purchase in the future if the design defects noted above are addressed and battery life improves. Definitely considering returning it, but will try to work with it a few more rounds. Good luck if you buy one.

Bang for your buck. I've tried the Volt and this is wider, heavier and much better powered. I still think there are better ones out there for a higher value but this one is great for the price and should last a while.

Excellent electric cart

Walking a nice round of golf.  It is a well engineered and well-built producet and I would recommend this cart to anyone looking to buy an electric push cart.  It is very sturdy.

Loving it

I thought I would wait until I had a few rounds under my belt with the cart before I wrote this review. There are some complaints out there for a few things so I wanted to see if my cart would have the same issues. I'll address those later. 

PROS:
First off this is a very well designed cart. It's very similar to the Bag Boy Volt in terms of the layout and it's a design i prefer over other electric carts out there. I love the storage bin and net underneath. Plenty of room for a scorecard on top and the built in pencil holder is a nice touch. The magnet on top of the cover is also a great design detail, I was wondering why the back of the remote was magnetic and it's because that's where you place the remote when you're not using it. I will say that the remote comes with a magnetized belt clip as well but it is a very weak connection and I don't feel good about using that. The included cup holder works very well although you need a tapered bottle for best results. I have an Owalla 30 Oz water bottle and it holds it perfectly. I love the built in sand bottle holder and the included cell phone holder is very stable and well built. Although I do prefer built in cell phone holder that the Bag Boy Volt has because it's integrated into the storage bin cover and it's one less thing you have to attach/detach pre and post round. The built in magnet for your rangefinder, speaker, etc is also another great design detail. Overall very well done. 

Operating the cart is pretty easy. The remote is factory paired so no steps needed there. Just charge, power on battery and remote and go. Remote is well designed with a small led screen on it. I wish the cart had a led screen on it like the Bag Boy Volt which has some cart operations on it and also tracks each rounds distance covered and total distance you put on the cart over its lifetime. 
Plenty of speed and because of the dual motor design it turns on a dime so it's very maneuverable. That's one thing I don't love about the Volt which has a single motor design. Because of that the steering is a little jerky and it turns by braking one wheel and running the other. The gyroscope and speed control going down hills work great and you can see the cart making corrections. Some reviewers mention uneven wear in the tires mine does not appear to have that issue. 

Battery life looks to be very good. At my home course I average about 15,000-16,000 steps and cover about 5.8-6.0 miles per round. There are 5 lights on the battery and after a full 18 holes only 1-2 of the lights are off at the end of the round meaning it's still well over half charge so I can't imagine 36 holes being an issue at least for me at my course. The battery design is also very good. Slender and placed in a very accessible spot and you can even charge it while it's in the cart. The Volt battery had similar performance for me in that at the end of the round 1-2 of the 4 bars were gone so definitely good for 36. The volt also has a centrally located long slim battery like the cyber cart but you do have to remove it to charge it, not really a big deal though. 

CONS:

Nothing is perfect so here are a couple of things that I wish were addressed. Some reviewers noted that the remote would randomly unpair and stop working. I did actually experience this twice during my first round and what happens is the cart just stops in its tracks and the remote turns off and it's not because it's out of range. It was a little odd but you just power the remote back on and keep going. This hasn't happened to me since but it's kinda minor and easy to deal with if it does happen, I'm just not sure why it happens. I would guess that it has something to do with the connection between cart and remote where there is some interference and the signal is lost. 
I'm not fully in love with the lower bungee cord design used to latch the bottom of the golf bag. It's really difficult to get that tight and I wish it was the overlapping bungee cord design that most push carts use. 
Some people have also complained about stability but I have not had any issues at all. The Cybercart is very well built and has a nice wide rear wheel base (the wheelie bars maybe could extend a bit further out) but it's these features that also lead to a couple of issues. What I mean when i say it's built well is the cart is definitely a bit on the heavier side. I could see it being an issue for some older people getting it in and out of their car and because of the wide base the folded down size is still a bit big and it can be awkward to handle especially with the added weight. Also, the folding/unfolding process is fine but it definitely takes some strength to lock it out. This is where the Bag Boy Volt wins hands down. First off it's lighter and it might be the easiest folding/unfolding process out there. You do lose some stability though because of the lighter weight and a narrower wheel base so it's a bit of a trade off between the two carts. 
After reading this long review you can probably tell that if I could marry a couple of features from the Volt to the Cybercart it would be a perfect electric cart lol. 
Overall I'm very happy with the Alphard, it's priced competitively and the design features and overall performance is great. Hope this review helps.

Playing golf nearly every day, I'm well-acquainted with electric golf carts and their common shortcomings. I previously owned an MGI Ai Navigator series, a cart I considered top-tier in terms of build quality and performance. However, the Alphard Cybercart completely changed my perspective. It offers superior features and value at a much more accessible price point. Here are some of the thing I loved about the cybercart.

Good cart, but needs work. Customer service is terrible.

Product is good and works well. A few of the issues I have had is the anti-tip wheels are short and did not prevent my cart tipping over. On a hill, I still have to hold the handles so the cart doesn't tip backwards. Also, the 2nd time using the cart, I lost a screw and nut on the unit. Still haven't heard back from the company after 2 weeks.
