In your own words, what sets your store apart from your local competitors?
A:
The 90-Day playability and according to our customers, the overall customer service experience seems to be better than the other local competition. We hear a lot of complaints about the other two big companies in town.
Q:
What is your favorite local course and why? What is your favorite course ever played? What is your one top bucket list course still to play?
A:
My favorite local course (realistically priced) is Paiute. They have 3 Pete Dye designed courses with unlimited water (most courses here are restricted on the water they can use), and they are always in prime shape. My favorite course I've ever played is Shadow Creek (local, but $1000 green fees). My bucket list course is Pebble Beach.
Q:
How long have you been playing golf, and how long have you been in the golf business?
A:
I have been playing golf since 1987, and I have been in the Golf Retail Business since 1997.
Q:
What is your most cherished golf memory, experience, moment, or win?
A:
My favorite memory was my Double Eagle at Spanish Trail Country club here in Vegas. No hole-in-ones yet, but an albatross is much harder to get!
Q:
If you had one piece of advice for any golfer, what would it be?
A:
My one piece of advice for any golfer would be to not take it too seriously. Bad shots are going to happen. Forget about the bad shots. Remember the good shots. The good shots are going to bring you back.
