What is The Club | by Worldwide Golf?

The Club | by Worldwide Golf is a points-based rewards program in which members can earn points for purchases and other activities. When a minimum of 200 points are accumulated, points can be converted to a Club Reward to be redeemed. You are able to shop across our Family of Brands and enjoy the benefits of one membership.

What is included in the Family of Brands?

Our Family of Brands that are part of The Club is the worldwidegolf.com website as well as the following local retail brands across the country: Edwin Watts Golf, Roger Dunn Golf Shops, The Golf Mart, Golfers Warehouse, Van’s Golf Shop, Uinta Golf, Golfdom, Las Vegas Golf Superstore, and Bobick’s Golf. At this time, Golf & Ski Warehouse is not part of The Club | by Worldwide Golf. Customers of the Golf & Ski Warehouse stores can participate in the Golf & Ski All Star Rewards program.

How do I enroll in The Club | by Worldwide Golf?

It’s easy to join! Simply create an online account at worldwidegolf.com and you will be automatically enrolled in the program. If you prefer to join at a retail location, just let one of our friendly employees know at checkout that you would like to join The Club.

How do I earn points?

When you shop in-store, you’ll earn points when you provide the phone number associated with your membership at checkout. For online purchases at worldwidegolf.com, you’ll earn points if you are logged in with your email address before completing your online purchase. You must be signed in to your account online or provide your phone number associated with your account in-store to receive points, to redeem rewards and count your purchases toward membership level.

How long does it take for points to post to my account?

Points will be posted to your account within one day from the date of purchase. Points are initially earned in a pending status. After 7 days, earned points become active.

How do I check my points balance?

Simply log in to your worldwidegolf.com account from your computer or mobile device and select The Club Reward within your account. You will then see your points balance.

How many points do I need to earn a Club Reward?

200 points = $5 Club Reward.
Points can be converted in 200-point increments.

How are my points converted to Club Rewards?

Once you have earned a minimum of 200 points for a Club Reward, you will receive an email notifying you of the good news. Log in to your worldwidegolf.com account and select The Club Reward with your account. Click My Rewards and select “Convert points to a Club Reward” to convert your points into a Club Reward. Points can be converted in 200-point increments.

How do I redeem my Club Reward online?

For online orders at worldwidegolf.com, you’ll log in using your email address and select The Club Reward within your account. Your Club Reward code details will be visible to you. Copy the number into the payment section of checkout and enter the PIN associated with your Club Reward.

How do I redeem my Club Reward in a store?

For in-store purchases, you’ll log in to your account on worldwidegolf.com using your email address and select The Club Reward within your account. Your Club Reward code details will be visible to you. The store associate will scan the barcode in your membership account, or enter in your Club Reward code details to redeem your Club Reward.

What happens if my order is canceled, refunded, or I make a return?

Points that were earned for a purchase that is then canceled or returned will be deducted from your points balance. If you used a Club Reward to purchase any portion of an item or service that is later canceled, refunded or returned, the value of the Club Reward used will be issued to you as a gift card.

Do my points or Club Reward expire?

Good news! Your points and Club Rewards will not expire as long as you make at least one purchase or redeem a Club Reward within a consecutive 12 month period.

What are membership levels?

Club levels are based on your annual spend across the family of brands. There are two levels:

  • Birdie = <$1,500 annual spend across our family of brands.
  • Eagle = $1,500+ annual spend across our family of brands.

How do I get free shipping?

Sign into your worldwidegolf.com account prior to checkout. Free shipping will be applied at checkout once the minimum threshold is met for the member level, no code needed. The minimum threshold for Birdie is $99. The minimum threshold for Eagle is $79.

How do I get my Birthday bonus points?

Log in to your worldwidegolf.com account and update your profile to include your birthday. We look forward to celebrating with you! Your birthday bonus points will be added to your account the day of your birthday.

How do I get bonus points for a completed review?

When you complete a review on an item you purchased from one of our Family of Brands and include the email address associated with your account, points will be awarded 24 to 48 hours after a review is approved.

What if I live outside of the US?

The Club is currently only available to US residents.
